I played flute at my Mother's wedding. I found a really great book that included a CD. I wasn't sure how it would sound to play with a CD, but everyone loved it. It had all the standard wedding repertoire like Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata and Pachebel's Cannon in D. If you have to play alone, I would look up something like this.

Take a quick run to the music store. Look for Flute, Violin or Vocal. You could do any of them. I have at least 4 violin and 2 vocal books that I have used. Have something short for the Exchanging of rings and the Unity candle. Repeat if needed, but plan on stopping at the end of any phrase.
